I'm a registered nurse with a bachelor's degree from Boise State University and more than 25 years of experience caring for patients. Over the years I grew frustrated with a healthcare system that too often treats symptoms with one-size-fits-all solutions. That frustration became my passion: helping people feel their best through individualized health and wellness plans built around their bodies, goals, and lifestyles. That's why I started Body Boost.
When I'm not with clients, you'll find me with my husband and our two boys, working out, golfing, hitting the slopes on my snowboard, catching a live concert, or planning the next getaway with friends and family.

Most IV sessions take 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the drip. You can sit back, relax, scroll your phone, or even take a nap while you recharge. Many clients notice they feel more hydrated and energized the same day.

Most clients describe it as a quick pinch. Treatments take about 15 minutes, and you can get right back to your day. Results start to show within a few days, reach full effect in about two weeks, and typically last three to four months.

Medical weight loss can be a great fit for adults who have struggled to lose weight through diet and exercise alone. During your consultation, we'll review your health history, current medications, and goals to decide whether prescription options like GLP-1s are safe and appropriate for you. Some health conditions may mean these medications aren't the right choice, and we'll always be upfront with you about that.

Every treatment carries some possibility of side effects, but most are mild and short-lived. IV therapy may cause minor bruising at the insertion site. Botox can cause temporary redness or slight swelling. Weight loss medications may cause nausea or digestive changes, especially early on. We'll go over what to expect for your specific treatment and are always available if you have questions afterward.

Most wellness and aesthetic treatments aren't covered by insurance, so we don't bill insurance directly. We do accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible services. Please confirm HSA and FSA eligibility with your plan provider
